What to Do With SSA-1099, RRB-1099-R, or RRB-1099

If you received Social Security benefits or railroad retirement benefits, then you may have been sent an SSA-1099, RRB-1099-R, or RRB-1099. You can add this to your eFile account to generate the needed forms as this may be taxable depending on your other income and information. Note that if Social Security is your only source of income, you generally don't need to file - eFile will tell you this once you enter your forms just to be sure.
