Option 1: You can make a payment towards your Georgia income taxes online through the Georgia Tax Center.
Option 2: To avoid late filing penalties on owed Georgia income taxes, submit a return by the deadline or request a state extension (Form IT-303) - note, only federal extensions can be filed electronically, and the state extension only extends the deadline to October.
Note: Unless you pay all your Taxes or eFile your tax return by the October deadline, the late filing penalties will start again after that deadline.
Option 3: To pay owed Georgia income taxes and avoid penalties, submit Form IT-560 with a check or money order to the listed address, but remember to also file your complete GA tax return (electronically or by mail) by the October deadline, even with an extension.
