The AZ message provided was: Small Business Income reported line must have a value. Form 140PY, box 28S is checked but line 28 is null. When the box is checked and an amount is included, an SBI XML is required to be attached. Form 140PY, box 28S and line 28 is populated attach and Form 140PY-SBI in XML.; There is a mismatch with Small Business Income election.
