Problem: The IRS—not eFile.com—has rejected your return in regards to Health Care Coverage.
Solution: Please sign in to your eFile.com account now and click on My Return in the upper left and review the IRS message on the right.

2. Please review the message on the right side page under My Return and follow the instructions.
The IRS records indicate that someone on your return had health insurance coverage through the marketplace and received advance payments of the Premium Tax Credit. You will receive a Form 1095-A from the marketplace about this coverage. Add this information to your return and the app will generate Form 8962. Then, please re-efile your return at no additional charge.
If no one on your return had health insurance through the marketplace during the tax year, or no one received advance payments of the Premium Tax Credit, add a statement to your return explaining this. In that case, you might have to download, print and mail it in from your My Account.
If you can make the correction, you can re-file your return at not additional charge.
