Problem: The State of Illinois is asking you to correct your state tax return.
Find the message about the correction on the right side of your page after you have signed into your account.
Solution: Please sign in to your eFile.com account now and click on My Return in the upper left. Then, review the Tax Return Status message on the right and follow these instructions. If it's not clear, try to re-efile at not charge or contact us immediately.
The answers you provided to sign your IL return when e-filing do not match the records that the IL Department of Revenue has. Please try e-filing your return again and double check the information you provide.
File your return again. During checkout you will be asked to provide the verification information.

2. Click on My Return on the upper left and check the message on the right.
