Problem: The IRS—not eFile.com—rejected your Federal Tax Return because you can not claim the Earned Income Tax Credit (EIC). The EIC Amount on your return must be Zero "0" if an amount is selected.
Solution: Sign into your eFile.com account and review all your entries. Read the instructions on the right side of your page.
Once you have corrected this, continue with your re-eFile process. You can re-eFile your return at no additional charge.
