Problem: Your Tax Return needs a correction. Find the message about the correction on the right side of your page after you have signed into your account.
Solution: Please sign in to your eFile.com account now and click on My Return in the upper left. Then review the Tax Return Status message on the right and follow these instructions. Click on Name & Address and check that all the Social Security numbers are correct.
If they are correct, then your return can not be e-Filed. Please contact the IRS to discuss this issue after you have downloaded, printed and signed your return under your My Account.
