Problem: The State of Oregon—not eFile.com—rejected your return because the totals on Schedule OR-A are not correct.
Solution: Sign into your eFile.com account at https://mytaxes.efile.com/1040/SignIn/, click on File and proceed through the check out and efile process again. Make corrections to Oregon Schedule OR-A (it must match what you entered on 40, 40N or 40P) and re-eFile your federal and/or Oregon state return at no additional charge.
