Problem: The State of Pennsylvania—not eFile.com—rejected your PA Tax Return because the Primary Social Security Number has been used in a Tax Return and not as a tax amendment.
Solution: Sign into your eFile.com account, click on "Name & Address" on the left and check the primary tax payer's SSN.
Then, click on State Taxes and review the Pennsylvania forms. Once you have corrected this continue with your re-eFile process. You can re-eFile your return at no additional charge as many times as it takes to get it accepted.
