Problem: The State of North Dakota—not eFile.com—rejected your North Dakota Tax Return because the requested date for your electronic payments is outside the valid date range.
Solution: Sign into your eFile.com account and click on "State Taxes" on the left.
Then, click on "State Taxes" and review the North Dakota forms. Once you have corrected the electronic payment date and/or amount, continue with your re-eFile process. You can re-eFile your return at no additional charge as many times as it takes to get it accepted.
